At Sensol Fitness we want you to train with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it easy to put right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be undamaged and in resalable condition, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging included.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us through the contact form within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Our team will confirm your return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues or wrong item received: we cover the return shipping. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you.
  • All other reasons (for example, changed your mind): return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue or our error.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return: items damaged through misuse, improper assembly, or lack of reasonable care; normal wear and tear; items returned after the 30-day window; gift cards; and items marked as final sale.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report visible transit damage through the contact form within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. For confirmed quality issues, we will arrange a repair part replacement or a return, and we cover the shipping.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.
